Welcome to The Hague! Our beautiful and windy city full of funny, strange, interesting and kind people!

Do you want to get to know more people, and contribute to this city? You can, by joining our YMCA Community! Join a vibrant community of like-minded people in The Hague! We are a group of youngsters, who want to meet new people and make their city a better place.

What does the YMCA Community do?

The YMCA Community meets every Saturday from 11.00 to 13.00 to help make The Hague a bit of a better place. We do this in different ways. volunteer. We do this at different locations, with small groups of like-minded volunteers. Most important, there’s enough time for a chat and a good cup of coffee or tea afterwards!

We invite you to 4 different types of volunteering activities. We do those in cooperation with local organisations. We do that in a fixed pattern:

• 1st week of the month: Clean-up of small areas in the city
• 2nd week of the month: Volunteer at food banks and food distribution programs
• 3rd week of the month: doing supportive work at elderly Care centers
• 4th week of the month: volunteering to Refugee support Initiatives

Activities will be held in English and everyone is welcome!
